8月23日，处暑节气至。八月将末，三伏已尽。时光之珠捻转，处暑节气，一身清朗，淡步而来。由夏入秋，在不可逆的岁时变迁中，有不舍，有收获，有桩桩件件未完待续的故事……等着你我，在秋风中写就。

本期，由两位上海诺美学校的在读生Michelle和Ken同学，他们用自己的视频/平面设计作品，诠释了他们对“处暑”这个特殊的节气的理解，并用艺术手法进行作品呈现。

处暑，是一个很多人印象不太深的节气。”它的名字既不像谷雨、白露那样灵动，又不如立夏、立秋那么鲜明。往往，一不留神就过了。但暑云散去，凉风起，天地肃穆，五谷丰登，正是这个节气带回人间的礼物。且看“处”的繁体字，下面是一个“処（chǔ）”，意思是说：“慢慢走、找张小凳子坐下来。”生命至此，应该停下奔忙的脚步。所以在这个特殊的节气，我也停下脚步，用心观察，并用镜头记录下我眼中“处暑”的景象，从高楼林立的城市到山明水秀的郊外，再从繁华的街头到人迹罕至的山林。我的镜头深入了“处暑”，从自然情感，人文情感等各个方面记录下人们在炎热的节气里的情感。

为了拍摄这组素材，我从成都的杜甫草堂，来到重庆充满烟火气的街头。我用镜头捕捉了人们在处暑前后生活的细节。我也从中找到了，“处暑”这个时令，除了无处不在的炎热之外，这个节气存在的意义——那一份积极向上的精气神。没有处暑，炎夏将永无止境。就如人生并不是一帆风顺，要像“处暑”一般，时刻努力，凉风才会突破重重闷热，踏入丰收的时节。

The video describes different scenes of the End of Heat, from the cities to the mountains, from the busy streets to everyone's daily life, recording the emotions of people facing the hot solar term from various aspects. From the Du Fu Thatched Cottage in Chengdu to the streets full of culture in Chongqing, we can see the heat of the End of Heat everywhere. No one hates it and no one needs it in this hot summer, but it has its meaning.

这次的海报主题为处暑，是二十四节气之第十四个节气。处暑，即为“出暑”，是炎热结束的意思，代表气温由炎热向凉爽过渡的时令。在我的眼里，这是一个特殊的节气，既是夏日的休止，也是秋收的序曲。

在设计海报的时候，我也特意查阅了相关的书籍、文献，我了解到放河灯（荷灯）是处暑前后民间会有的活动之一，俗称“做七月半”。人们会在水中放河灯，任其漂流，祈保平安。所以我将河灯加入了我的处暑海报设计元素中。

“离离暑云散，袅袅凉风起。”这句诗来自白居易的《早秋曲江感怀》，意味着夏天已经离去，秋天即将到来，同时也代表了同学们的新学期即将开始。我希望这句诗能鼓舞同学们的士气，以更好的精神面貌，迎接新学期的到来。

The theme of this poster is End of Heat, the 14th solar term of the 24 solar terms. End of Heat, or "out of heat", means to leave the heat. The river lantern in the picture is one of the folk activities around the End of Heat, commonly known as "doing July and a half". People will put river lanterns in the water, let it drift, pray for safety. The summer is gone, then came the wind. The poem comes from Bai Juyi's "Feeling over the Qujiang River in Early Autumn", which means that summer has left and autumn is coming. It also represents the beginning of the new semester for students. I hope this poem will help students revive their morale for the new school year.
